Carnicería La Esquina · Demo site
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
This website is a fictional demo concept created to show what a Mexican butcher shop's website could look like. There is no real shop, no real products for sale, and no real orders are processed. These terms exist to demonstrate the format a real business would use.
Demo nature of this site
All business details on this site — the name Carnicería La Esquina, the address, the phone number, prices, specials, and hours — are invented for demonstration purposes. Submitting the catering form does not create an order, a reservation, or any obligation; entries are displayed back to you locally and never transmitted anywhere.
What a real shop's terms would cover
- Orders and quotes: how catering quotes become confirmed orders (typically a deposit and a confirmed pickup time), and the notice required for changes or cancellations.
- Pricing: that meat prices move with the market and the price at the counter on the day of purchase applies.
- Deposits and refunds: the deposit policy for large and special orders, and when deposits are refundable.
- Food safety: that perishable orders must be picked up within the agreed window and kept properly refrigerated.
- Acceptable use: visitors agree not to misuse the site's forms or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Limitation of liability: the standard limits a small business places on claims arising from use of the site.
Intellectual property
The design, copy, and layout of this demo site are original demonstration work. The fictional business name and branding on this page are invented and any resemblance to a real business is coincidental.
Changes to these terms
A real business would post changes here with a revised "Last updated" date. On this demo site, the terms exist to demonstrate the format.
Contact
Because this is a fictional demo, there is no business to contact. A real shop would list a phone number or email address here for questions about these terms.
